Utilities

The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 150,- final cleaning, and allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 15, – per night. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400. **This property is NOT pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside the villa.

Supplies

Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
