Welcome to your home away from home in Pavia, Aruba. This comfortable and well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or couples travelling together.

The home features a bright living area with air conditioning, comfortable seating, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing or staying connected. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished for a great night’s sleep: two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, all with air conditioning and ample storage. The two bathrooms are modern and convenient for group stays.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dining essentials, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. For added convenience, the home also includes a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. Additional amenities include fresh linens and towels and free private parking.

Step outside to enjoy a private outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Guests can take advantage of the BBQ gas grill, ideal for outdoor dining and island-style evenings with family or friends. For some extra fun, Cornhole boards are set up on the left side of the house — a great way to enjoy games together. For beach days, the property provides beach towels, beach chairs, and an ice cooler to make your outings easy and fun.

Utilities: The total rate includes 20%  tax, US$ 200,- final cleaning, and allowance for electricity for US$ 22, – per night.  Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and your expense.

**This property is NOT pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside the villa.

Supplies

Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.

Please note: Our special Monthly Prices for low season only do not include the water and electricity fees. These are calculated at the end of your stay and you are responsible for this payment.
